- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. Free shipping orders ship via standard shipping and can take up to 7 days to reach their destination. If you need your order sooner, choose one of the quicker shipping methods. Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Saturday night and on Jewish holidays will ship within the next 1-3 business days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment..
- Returns & Replacements
- We've designed our return policy to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. If you change your mind about your order (which happens - we're women after all), or if somehow we've made a mistake and you have not yet opened or worn the merchandise, then by all means, ship it right back to us within 14 days of purchase and we will credit your account. For returns received after 14 days you will be issued store credit. Pleae send back only unopened, unworn merchandise. We cannot accept worn hosiery for obvious reasons.
